Default My 09 Street Bob

I took off my front fender, all my reflectors, and my belt guard today! I am thinking about taking off my tank badges, but I like the ones that are on there. I am just getting started. I really do not have a lot of the technical know how and skill that most of you do, so expect a lot of questions

Next, I want to put some new bars on, re locate my rear turn signals, put a spring seat on there, maybe chop my rear fender a little bit. What else is there to do? Oh yeah, and do a stage 1. I am running VH straight slip ons right now!

I just want to say I love my bike and cant wait to do a little more to it! If you have any suggestions for me, let me know!! Thanks guys and gals.

Don't forget to peel the the stickers off the down tubes. It's so simple and free and has a huge impact on how the bike looks. Don't worry about the VIN number on the sticker, it's stamped permanently in several locations.

yeah like fire said, if you chop the rear fender, drop it down with lowering blocks or shorter shocks.

when you chop the rear fenders and leave them stock height, there's an awkward gap between the wheel and the fender.

Ya slam it, lower it, with some struts from Biltwell Inc or Road 6 customs. Or you can go with the burly slammer kit, which has had nothing but good reviews. But like they said, make sure you work out that rear fender so it doesn't have the huge gap.

We need those pics, hurry!
