Best E.T. 12.143 on a slick track that day. Best MPH 110.17. Not bad I thought for a homebrew 95" and a 205 lb old man. Ride bike 6000 miles a season.

 

Hey redrubicon Byron is a nice track. Haven't been there in years. Cordova is closer and they have a good turnout of bikes so I go there a few times

 

speaking of times at the track with dynas anyone ever seen one with a procharger and the times they put down. didnt mean to hijack just curious

 

An FXDX owner here in the UK is preparing a 'street' bike for occasional drag racing. His first meeting best run for the quarter was 12.299 and a terminal speed of 118.12mph. He has two set-ups for his S&S 124, one with a Super G giving close to 140HP/TQ, the other with a Super D which he is keeping quiet about! His gearing was poor, so we wait for the new season.

 

I took my Superglide to Firebird last night. First time racing a bike so there is a lot to learn. Never really got a great launch or a flawless run, but by putting the back tire pressure at 20 psi and doing a dry hop before staging, my best E.T. was 12.78 @ 104 mph. I was using my new Powercommander Quick Shift to make clutchless shifts- it is awesome!!
