how do you like it and how hard is it to put on and take off? I love it on my road king, but not sure how it would look on my WG. Have any side shots with it on?

I think that a windshield would be nice for the times when I ride extended hours. We take trips to some of the rallies and they are about four hours worth. I can imagine how nice it would be to not have to eat bugs and have less wind hitting my chest. As long as it is quick release so I can take it off once I get to my destination.

Can't beat a quick detach system for interstate/highway rides.

I would buy a detachable one for long rides but most of the time keep it in the garage. In fact I did just that for my Street Bob.

The quick release detachable windshield is stupid easy to put on and remove. No hardware left on the fork either. I don't mind riding without a shield but with 365 days of riding here it does a really nice job of cutting 20 and 30 degree weather down, blowing sand (lots and lots of blowning sand), bees, etc...

I have been riding street bikes for over 20 years and have never had a windshield and have been on plenty of long interstate rides. If you feel you need a windshield buy a Geezer Glide. Please don't pussafy that WideGlide with a windshield. It's just not right.
