Is this the trim band you're refering to?

This is the Chrome Electrical Panel Cover with Trim p/n 66426-04; it's trim band is not sold separately

Where did you find/ get the photo that you posted? If all else fails, I would print out the photo and email it to your local Harley parts dept asking for a number, or print it out and take it to them.
I can not find where they're shown in the 2010 catalog. It's possible it's from an older catalog and it's not available anymore.

Thank you all very much for trying I really do appreciate it .. unfortunately asked a dealer a couple of days ago and he has no idea either, granted it was a young boy who looked like he was just waiting for his shift to finish ..lol .
yes the trim is on a fat bob, sorry I that's what I meant in the earlier post.
I'll just keep looking and asking

The first thing we need to know is "where" you got the photo from. Was it from a Harley Part and Accessory catalog. Was it from a magazine....... that's the real starting point.
The cover is Harley for sure, but I think it's the "CHROME TRIM" piece you're really looking for. It could be something from a specialty or custom catalog that just attaches by 3M tape. It could be something unavailable in the U.S.A. market.
But like I said, the starting point is where you got the photo from to post it for us to see.
