The wave washers keep the rotor from rattling on the fancy stepped bolts shown for the +06 cast wheels. It is a floating rotor.

Oh, ok. Since the used wheels I bought came with the rotor still bolted to the front wheel, I'm assuming I won't need to buy more wave washers since they should be on there I would think. Thanks again!
