Those look like Leatherworks bags.....
I recently discovered them. The owner seems like a good guy, the bags are well made, and at a reasonable price..
I got a set for my '01 Springer that I hard mounted, and set of throw over bags (minus the top handle and zipper on the yoke) for my '16 Low Rider.

Foxcreek
Deluxe Pony Express Saddlebags.

Can't remember without looking up an old invoice, but a less $ 8 years ago.
Tool bags are Foxcreek.
Have a Foxcreek jacket also.
Very happy with all the stuff.
Looked for bags like you have and finally settled on these.

Wow, look a lot like Leatherworks, Inc. bags.. The guy at Leatherworks, Inc. in Stockton, CA (not "The Leather Works" in Idaho) bends over backwards to get stuff right and has no issues with customization. Just a little cheaper than Fox Creek, seem to be comparable, but wouldn't be able to say unless I saw them side by side...

But..... Nothing wrong with Fox Creek Leather stuff...

Leatherworks are nice bags also. I still have them in my bookmarks. They were in the choices and can't remember why I went with Foxcreek. Both are good bags. The Dyna convertible bags are great looking bags also.

I was given this bag by a Japanese guy years ago, who had had it on his soft tail for years. It's really solid, thick leather, and carries a ton of stuff (ie its bigger than the 'typical' Dyna bag), which is useful for my frequent long rides and camping trips etc. I like how it's basically like an old-fashioned horse saddle-bag. Not sure if it looks 'cool', but I like it
