Here is my answer, and yes the dyna's do look good with bags.

what brand are those? im trying to find the right bag, but dont want to move my tail lights. i have an '02

The rack is just a generic one I picked up from Ebay. Here is a pic from my Ebay "bought list". I can't bring up the auction listing for some reason though:


I mounted the pet carrier to a board with my own mounting system for the rack that I can put on or take off with 3 nuts.

I don't have any good pics of the rack without the carrier on it:
