Football air cleaner

Football air cleaner
I really do not know if this has been asked before, so if it has please forgive. I just wanted to if I get the screamin eagle stage 1 filter kit, do I need to use the big football cover or can I just use what comes with the kit and that be it. So it would be round and the pleats would be visiable. Sorry, really new at being a harley owner (1 week) but I am learning so please bare with me. Thanks for who ever posts a reply I really am appreciative.

Yes this has been asked before but I never pass up a chance to post a pic. Here is my setup:
S/E intake with the HD skull air cleaner insert. I also just replaced the S/E filter with a K&N filter (K&N part # HD-0800). Should have pics of that tomorrow.

WELCOME! Never be afraid to ask. I have learned SOOO much on these forums. This question has been covered extensively on more than a few posts. Heck I think I even started one on the same subject. To find info. on old subjects just do a search. Works great. By the way what kind of bike do you have?

Thanks toi everyone for taking the time to respond, I really appreciate it. Looks like I need to get a new filter kit then figure out which cover I want.
Triton - I have a 2006 Denim black Street Bob which I just last night put the front turn signal light relocation kit on.
