Post Let the Winter Project Begin

the bike is up off the ground resting on top of my red sears jack held tightly to with a couple straps. It'll be out of service for a couple/weeks few weeks while I start my winter project.

Modification will include:
-14" Raod6Custom ZBars
-turn signal relocation kit
-powder coating the lower forks, upper and lower triple tree's and levers (the powder pro buck fiddy special )
-powder coating the primary cover, cam and trans cover too
-possible exhaust mod and painting
-black fork boots and rear axle nut covers
-XIED's

the dis assembly starts tonight and through the weekend. stopped by Sears this afternoon to get the 12mm allen key and 1"1/2 socket for the fork and TT removal. Should and hope I have the other tools.

I'll keep a journal including pics here of my adventure....

Stay Tuned

Nice. What fork boots are you going with & where did you buy them?

I bought them from another member who was selling some in the Dyna Used Parts Classifieds. I'll take a a pic of the bag, they're still new. They're actually for an old Triumph.

Nice! Looks like fun. That's a good winter mod list. Can't wait to see it done!
