Rick ... not to hijack ya, but to answer the man's questions -

Not really 'quick detach' as in 1 minute or less ... more like a 10 minute job ....

Some additional details at https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...-new-bags.html

Hijack away, I'm all about sharing the information. Here are the brackets for the bags I have. Still a little ugly but once I dress the welds I may send them to Joe for prettying up.

Some of you guys have great talent for modding and I'm envious! I have a good eye, I just can't get it from the eyes to the hands damn it!

Jake, I too am envious. It's just dumb luck mine turned out half way decent. Shoot I would have never tried if I hadn't stumbled onto SURFOR's build.I can rip **** apart with the best of them but this is the first project I actually put back together! By the way, you may not get it from the eyes to the hands but you sure as hell got it from the eyes to the bike with your old Low Rider.

Great addition Rick! They are going to look awesome when they are painted. You have more guts and talent than I. Props buddy!

Thanks Steve. Guts yes, talent....well that's up in the air. I'm just not afraid of screwing it up but I don't dive in with out learning as much as I can first. With that approach it helps sway the outcome.
