Do yourself a favor and get a different jack.

I have the yellow jack and cus it every time I have to lift the bike. The problem is there is a cross member that keeps you from being able to slide the jack under the bike without lifting the kickstand.

The result is you have to straddle the bike, put the kickstand up, make sure your lifting blocks are still in place, slide the jack under the bike, lift the jack to the frame, double check the lifting blocks are still in place and then, lift the bike.

Letting the bike off the lift presents yet another challenge.

Just get a jack that does not have the crossmember between the two lifting supports.

 

Take that jack off.

Is there a better jack for the same cost? All the alternatives Ive seen are $300+.

 

I just lift mine with the kick stand down. when I lower it, it comes down on the stand.
I do have the stand on a block of wood so the bike is almost standing straight up.
Not having much problem here
