relocated my 2" speedo to the fuel gauge location. Works great.

very nice indeed. If I didnt need my fuel guage so badly, I would consider this mod myself. Did you keep the guage and put it somewhere else or - just lose the guage.

Just tossed the gauge. I don't need it. Got a reserve and trip odometer. Really makes a difference not having the speedo sticking out like a sore thumb off the handlebars.

That is an awesome looking and innovative mod. First I've seen like it.

I think you are going to get lots of questions.

I really like how that looks. Sure would like to see a clearer pic of that. Where did you find that speedo to fit in there? I was thinking of how I could put a speedo into the dash but did not know they made a speedo that small. I guess I can live without the tach in order to get that speedo away from the bars. Does it have a trip meter? Wouldn't need a gas gauge with a trip meter.

It's funny... I like the FXD speedometer "sticking out like a sore thumb off the handlebars." I test drove a Fatbob recently and didn't particularlly like looking down at the tank as much as required to see how fast I was going.
