I have them on my 09 and think they look and work well.

How hard is it to adjust the shocks witht the bags on?

Haven't had to adjust the shocks since the bags have been on, but with a little work it looks possible. One thing to say about passengers, my girl has fairly short legs and complains that the bags do press on the underside of her legs. I may be adjusting the position of the passenger pegs to customize the setup a bit.
