Has any one installed a Memphis Shades Del Rio windshield on a Street Bob? I ordered one from Motorcycle Super Store and the mounting brackets are too small for the forks. I ordered the mounting kit recommended by their web site. Anyone else have an issue like this?

 

The two pieces pop apart. They kind of pop back together as you click them on to the downtube.

 

No issues with the mount other than the rake angle wasn't sufficient. Took it out twice with the shield. It's now up for sale. Would rather have the clean blast than the buffeting I got with the shield.

 

The two pieces aren't big enough for the forks. I know how they work, they just don't fit the fork size on an 09. I don't know if the fork size has changed over the years.

 

Other than going to 49mm in 06 I am not aware of forks changing on the dynas. Did u buy a ore 06 mount?
