Default Laced wheel weights, removal and install ?

Have a wheel with the cadium weight installed on the spoke nipple. I want to change it for chrome. How are these weights correctly removed and installed?

Thanks in advance.

honesty, i ditched the whole wheel weight thing and did dyna beads...heard too many good things about them... put them on the wifes bobber first, worked great, now the cafe, the harley, the chop, goldwing, and even my truck have them in there... they are worth it man...work great!

ooh i see what you are saying!!! my bad. you should be able to just slide it up and off... the ones i use are pressed on the lower part of the spoke, to remove just give it a little pop up, there should be an opening in the weight to allow it to be removed... got a picture? i dont want to tell yu that and have this screw up your spoke!

Mine are the same as you've described. I have tried to pry with a screw driver with no luck. I also tried some propane heat to convice it some, but it didn't co-coperate.
