hi , anybody notice on thier 06 dyna the SE backplate doesnt sit flat on the induction module at the 5 oclock area between the module machined surface and the backplate gasket. Both the original SE backplate and the chrome replacement dont fit well on my bike and thats with the proper torque requirements. just wondering.

 

I put the SE plate on mine and didn't notice a problem with either. Was it causing a problem?

 

Same here, no problem.
Both OEM and SE backplate fits well.

not reallya problem because the gasket is tight and sealed at the intake. i guess since u guys are being nice and trying to help. ill let u in on a little secret the breather bolts and the 3 mounting studs were way over torqued and then the bike was ridden about 50 miles. it hurts to talk about still. so sorry for holding out.
