I have the slip on's from Cycle Shack. They sound good and are very loud but pop on deceleration. Haven't found the fix for that yet.

I made my own to look like an old FLH. Cost was @ $75 (for the wrap), I used an old V&H muffler I had in the garage which had been on a 92 Sportster.
It sounds good to me.

I used a set of Khrome Werks 3+ HP slip ons. They're deep sounding as hell.
Do a search Khrome Werks, you'll find my thread. I attached a video for listen laughs. Excuse my brooklynese. I'd attach it, but I'm posting from my phone.

Probably over the winter. I have the motor apart now installing a 107. I'm hoping to crank it by Sunday. I have a set of 18" wheels coming and a chrome front end. After I get done with that I'm gonna leave it alone for a while and just ride it. I'm tired of working on them with all of my free time and not riding any.

Gonna probably chrome the motor/hand controls/swingarm over the winter.

Do you have the bottom pipe attached to anything other than the Torca clamp? I had Cycle Shacks on mine for about a month. The header ended up cracking off due to the pipe vibrating like a tuning fork!

I just recieved my black ceramic coated D&D Fat Cat for my Fat Bob today and let me tell you, I've installed dozens of system's over the years and this is top notch. I havn't installed it yet, my build is far from that but the finish and craftmanship is second to none. I can't wait to bolt this baby on.......Rich
