Default RE: Possibility of changing mid controls to forward controls

I have an '05 Low Rider currently with forward controls. The Bike came stock with highway pegs and mid controls. prior to making the change to full time forwards I kept my feet on the highway pegs and heel shifted and heel braked. You can try doing this as a short term option. (I did this for about 12,000 miles).

In my current configuration I have forward controls (with heel rests). Mid mount pegs (without heel rests) and passenger pegs without heel rests. That way I can change up my position as I ride.

Ride safe.
