Congrats on the new RG...my dealer has a new black denim SG just screamin' at me every time I see it.

I'm happy with my SB, but if it wasn't for my bike being paid off and I'm not wanting to get back in debt, that SG would probably be mine.

I'm confused! Why didn't you use this bike as a trade-in on the new one?

Congrats BTW

Cuz he'd rather not get nailed in the end on the deal, lol. Even the tax savings might not make up for the fact that they will offer him wholesale on it. Frankly you should just pop it on ebay. You'll get $11K for it there, maybe $12K if someone falls in love with it.

With a trade in I would only get $10k with the accesories. Is what I still owe on the loan is $13k. Selling my bike on consignment I will break even on the loan but loose my A** on the accesories. Then I will start over with the RG.

probably dont wanna hear it, but if ya break even on your ride, in these days..., then your ahead of the game.

Resale values of our bikes, if you read the classified, Ebays, Craigs list etc... really doesnt show promise.

Everyone , and I mean everyone is undercutting, and looking for that deal.
