Thanks. My main hurdle is going to be the flywheel assembly. If I can't find a cheap stock assembly I might just go ahead and stroke and poke the motor. As it stands I just planned on adding high compression pistons, but if I have to spend the money then I'm goin to go big.

Is an aftermarket motor not an option? An S&S Evo would smoke with that frame. Just a thought. JP has them for around 6k

I'm concerned about spending $600 on a flywheel assembly. $6k on a new motor is way out of the question. Anyway, the point of this bike is for me to build it and teach my kids how to work on motors. That and I'd like to keep the numbers on the motor case and frame the same.
