is the street bob the "must have" Dyna?

Sure dosen't hurt.
I think when an individual goes in to the dealer and looks at them, that whichever one REALLY gets their attention...that's the one to have.
Believe it or not, some people like silver powdercoated engines, and minimal chrome. Some people like minimal chrome and alot of flat black, some people like alot of chrome.
Be thankful. if I was running the MOCO, there wouldn't be as big a selection to choose from. cheaper from a business standpoint to let the customers do their own customizing.
I'm not saying that becaseu I did my own. Because I could ride any of them and be happy.
Haven't even seen the "new" Wideglide in person yet...but for me, it needs short risers and apes.

If I'm only allowed to have one Dyna, let it be a Street Bob.
I'm not too happy about the silver engine, but Harley Davidson has fixed that with their 2010 model.
I'm not too happy about the stock Butt Bruiser 350 saddle, but I fixed that by replacing it with a Mustang Wide Vintage with backrest (weeks after this photo was taken).
To answer the question, the Street Bob is not a "must have".
But I wanted one so I bought one. And I'm glad I did.
