Work in progress, just started with Lucky Dave's San Diego MX Tbars. Not sure if the rest qualifies as club/thug style (seat; sissybar; bags) Anyway here she is:

Thug Style / Club Style Dyna pic's-12795554_1096627173734766_1129931538679633600_n.jpg

Finally picked up this beauty and ready to start some work on it! Sadly I had to leave it back home as I transition out of the Marines here in a couple months. So until then just ordering as much parts as I can while I still have this paycheck. Got my exhaust, air cleaner and a power vision ordered already. Next up is suspension. I was looking at Ricor Intiminator's for up front, and then not sure about the rear. All I've read is good things about Ohlins but any recommendations I would appreciate. Looking to stay around 600-700 for that.

Also for the Intiminator's do I need a new spring or is stock fine? I'm far from a gear head so I'm trying to learn as much as I can and do the work on my own.

Last question is, I was looking at a sputhe Positrac as well, would doing that or suspension be more beneficial first?

Hopefully soon enough my bike will actually be worthy to be in this thread with the rest of these great bikes!

Fixed my primary leak. Turns out I FUBAR'd the primary cover gasket last time I pulled it apart to adjust the chain when I was in a hurry to get it back together...

Side note - the torx bolts that Harley uses for the inspection/derby cover are absolute garbage. Seems like right as I get them torque'd to spec the heads like to strip...

Dat booty tho...being able to look at it at the end of the day and say it's mine makes the frustration worth it.

Once I get the front end, shocks, and camchest sorted, I'll be happy with where this bike is.
