ISSUE

Member Lama is in the process of modding his 2007 FXDC into a club style or thug style bike (known today as outlaw bikes) Asks members to provide inspiration and post pictures of their own bikes. Members show off their bikes.

Actually you make a good point. I don't remember last time I took my off, usually too lazy for that. So maybe get rigid mounted and have more slim lines? hmmm

If you use rigid sideplates that fit between the fender and strut, you might want to use some sort of paint protector like that 3M vinyl stuff or you might mess up your fender...common issue

I should have specified OEM TSport detachable bags. The mounting rail covers the strut so you cannot get a detachable backrest to the mounting points.

Just looked on LeatherPros website at their retro bags. Pretty nice system. If my OEM bags were not so nice I'd consider them.

Haha i roll around on a 72 triumph tiger hardtail also. And Im not into full face helmets, more or less rather have no helmet...

And I don't care for my sissy bar but the wife likes it and I strap **** to it when we ride to the beach.

I also run og bags on it.

Also ditched the forward controls for mids and highway pegs. I like this set up a lot. Can sprawl out or get into an upright position when needed.

YEP ! they went ahead and did it , Looked like most were there in a car, They put tents up fur the Venders
