Do you run the T Sport bags from LP? I ordered mine Monday, but I run a QD sissybar for the GF, hoping to ditch the chrome strut covers.
Thanks man. Yeah I have the Leather Pros bags, and I run a QD backrest for my GF too. No strut covers on mine though

Strut covers? No, it didn't. The Low Riders do though and people run LP bags and QD sissy bars on those

my 04 has em, trouble is when I bought it the PO swapped out the fender for a FXWDG bobtail, I'm in the process of swapping it back (have the original) and the bobtail strut covers are longer.....so I'm wana to ditch em, jus hope I don't run into any issues with the QD sissy bar because of the added thickness with the cover, if that makes sense

Yeah that makes sense. Good luck, hopefully you don't run into any issues. Make sure you post pictures when you get it swapped!
