ISSUE

Member Lama is in the process of modding his 2007 FXDC into a club style or thug style bike (known today as outlaw bikes) Asks members to provide inspiration and post pictures of their own bikes. Members show off their bikes.

I barely lasted a week. Found a deal I couldn't pass up out in Louisiana. Should be here in a week. 2002 FXDP.

Nice, will make a fun project I'm sure! If you don't mind my asking... Do you buy these for your own enjoyment of build and ride or do you generally plan on selling once done and hopefully make something of a profit?

Not at all. This is only my second bike ever. I had the Street Bob since 09 and felt it was time for a change. I was actually up against a wall with mods. It was build the motor or move on. I've always loved the Defenders and decided it was time.

It was also my "learning" bike. I went through a couple different fairings, a couple handlebar set ups, seats etc. This time I know what I want and like so I'm getting it right on the first go around.
