When it comes to the handguards, I like them personally. But I have a hard time wrapping my head around putting a piece of sheet metal in front of my hands. Incase of accident or cage when lane splitting I want to keep my fingers. lI'm surprised someone has not made a plastic version of these guards. I guess it is the powermadd version or nothing...Now regarding the shocks, I have the 12" air shocks on my dads superglide. I like how plush they are, but they are squirrely in turns at speed. So, I contacted Howard and got a set of Ohlins on order.

She has 12" bars on her now but I feel I should have gone with 10" bars...

There is also the option of a fully supported hand guard like those sold by Valholl Counter Culture, Chopper Cult, West Coast T-Bars, and others:

Thanks for all the nice words. Sorry feel like Ive been clogging this up lately but just picked up my seat and threw it on, finishing touch. I'm pretty stoked on it.

I also had the sissy bar and rack powdercoated, along with the pad done to match the seat

Bike is looking so good! What seat is that, and what year is your bike?

Thanks.

I thought I'd throw mine up here.....I don't have (or want) T-bars, but I do have the fairing and I think the bike looks pretty "thuggish" at the moment!

I even have the obligatory "SOA" LED mirrors.....in my defence, I put them on before I even saw the show!
