Thanks. I cannot stand chrome and have been painting bikes (motorized and human powered) matte black since the early 90s. Next time I service the front end I'll get the triple trees over to the powder coater.

bringtheruckus, you're bike is looking awesome! I was a big fan of your old school AMF paint scheme but you can never go wrong with white and black.
Right on! If I'm thinking of the right color, that's one of my faves... let's see pictures!

Looks really good, man!

As far as how it looks, it hasn't changed that much... powder coated the wheels, swapped out the 2-1 for a Thunderheader, swapped out the Ness Big Sucker II for an S&S Stealth a/c, and added a chain final drive in place of the belt. The best changes are not visible: 95" to 106, HPI 55mm tb, Barnett clutch, etc. I'm on strict orders to not take it above 4000 rpm, and to "baby it" for the first 500 miles. Then we'll do a final tune on the dyno and let her rip.

So, here's the pic I snapped on Sunday's ride (yes, I know, forward controls are not, strictly speaking, part of the club look, but my aging knees make mid controls a non-starter if I'm going to ride more than an hour or two.

Got some stock front rotors for sale. Came off a 07 Street Bob, research fitment yourself. Perfect for your dual disc conversion! $100 takes both, or pricing below.

$75 shipped- This one is in great condition, only a few thousand miles

$50 This one ain't as pretty, it's got less than 15k miles

Don't really know, my buddy gets all this free product and usually hooks us up with cheap prices. I got it from him for $50. It had just a plan white box, no part number and no brand name. There's all kinds on light bars on eBay, this looks the same
