Yeah, 40mm grenade cans. I mounted the blinkers in the box and ran them out the back.

Default Know the history, the inspiration

The haters on here dismiss what they don't understand. They think their soft tail or road glide is anything other than the nouvelle Harley of the moment. Even if it is, it's a Harley. They trash our bikes yet, we are the ones keeping it all alive while adding our own twists here n there. The dyna line has been the most progressive and innovative for a decade now. But what is a shame is that they've no clue we are simply carrying on what was started in the late 1970's by the MoCo. If you want to know where I get inspiration from, read history. Google images of the first superbike. The 1977 XLCR see the lines, mods, colors....then realize what's going on. The outlaw clubs in Cali got on this in the 1990's. It spread the revival. Even that jackass SOA show figured it out and did their own version. But long live the Harley fighter, the Cafe bike, the Dynas of our time

My '09 FXDL ..

Few upgrades from the past weekend, will post a review in a separate thread. Brembo dual disc conversion and Ohlins Drop In Cartridges with Front Forks purchased from Howard @ Motorcycle Metal. Pricey? Yes ... Worth it, OH YEAH! Front end is SMOOTH!

Good lookin' bike Bucket13 ...

... a nice variation with a little intentional chrome thrown in the mix ...

... I am a fan of that seat, too ... like the wheels ...

Well done ...
