The clamps are juat 1 1/4" clamps bought off ebay, nothing special.

That's interesting. Does it allow to adjust windshield position like one from JD? Also, what brackets did you use? Bungking?
..., the best fairing i used was from Aero , very good quality part , not as thick as the others but built very well. 100$ http://www.aerofiberglass.com/ Resin to Fibre ratio is perfect which makes it strong and good to paint, too much resin makes the part brittle and could cause issues with paint. if i had to endorse one it would be Aero with a JD Customs Screen . and way better price!

i changed the rims, they required the older style rotors.
the rear rotor is the same as the fronts though. they will be changed soon to full floating

Yes, the rear rim change allowed you to retain your original rear rotor. that rear rotor has remained the same 2000-2015
You just trying to get by until you get the proper sized floaters?
Hey btw, not trying to bust your *****. i was just taken back with seeing a new 2015 bike with front rotors that haven't been on a dyna since 2005 and of an incorrect size for the current slider/caliper set-up.

i had the dealer install the rims, when preparing the parts list for the bike i didn't anticipate buying new rotors< and the dealer i don't think did either, until you said something i didn't even notice.
good catch, i will have the dealer change the rotors they can pay.
good thing i haven't rode the bike yet still has 6kms from factory on it!
