Finally starting to get her close to where I want her... Still want to get some powder done, wheels, trees, levers, lowers, odds and ends here and there. Have to decide what route I want to go on turn signals, thinking the joker machine LEDs, decided on a Rifle fairing, just gotta force myself to spend the $$. Powder will have to wait until this winter, enjoying the short summer up here in Maine for now!

Thanks man, the hand guards are called Cagecrackers and are made by Westcoast Tbars, they are pricey at around $220 I think but are really well made and solid, no chance of them folding back on your hands or the levers. My only complaint was the bolts are not anodised and will get surface rust and look 10 years old the minute they get wet, I'd advise spraying them before installing them as I had to after my first ride in the rain. Otherwise a great product.

Couple updates: HD replaced my lowers under warranty because they had bubbled and flaked. While they were in there, I had them put on an SDC FTW Brace. Then the head shield of my new Bassani started to flake and peel near the head. Kurt invited my up to HQ for a look and threw on a black fluted end cap for my trouble. Darryl Bassani came out to talk to me about it and said he'd take care of it personally if it happens again. The whole crew was pretty cool.
