Thanks. I ordered both the 15" and a bubble shield for mine. Can't wait for it to get here. I'm a little concerned about the comments earlier about it cracking.

Did you have to adjust your headlight at all?

Yikes! That's not good. Anyone have mounting tips to avoid this happening?

yea fairly easy. i got all the pieces from home depot. just set up the top as normal and find a happy spot for the lower clamps and mark it out. take it off and drill. my set up is stainless machine screw then stainless flat washer then rubber washer. thru fairing and another rubber washer then "L" bracket and stainless nylock nut. i just rattle caned the little brackets and got chrome socket heads from HD for the clamps.

Riding is much better than wishing...miles are going on, all is well...except I managed to melt a patch of pants onto the T-header..looked bad, would not clean up...so, header wrap...

* Misfit - maybe the last pic shows...?

so, after a few years and a couple different looks, the thug won out and i can finally post pics of Toothless in this kickass thread

i'll throw up some better pics on the weekend when i can get her to some scenery (i'll change up the sig pic then too)

I took her out for the first rip with the fairing tonight and the wind noise was awful, i searched a couple threads and tweaked it so its leaning forward as much as possible and went for another rip and it wasn't noticeably different - do you have any advice on how to position it so minimize the wind? If I slouch it's not bad but I can't ride like that all the time!!

I'm 5'7", currently running a 3/4 lid - I could borrow a full-face see if that helps but at most I'd prefer to go to a Biltwell Gringo
