Here's my buddy's bike, 2000 FXDX . We were tearing up the streets today, doing wheelies and acting like morons. First ride of the year.

 

Great looking bikes, man. Bet yall we're excited to get out.

 

cool lookin. new set of bars is on my never ending mod list! trying to get all the parts together for duel discs. scored a set of brembo's off a forum member. need a new top tree and bars soon.

It's that time of year when mods turn to miles. The only thing I have left is to add the Haluen *** backrest that should be here on Wednesday.

For now, time to put some miles on the clock.

 

...and looking good doing it.

Last day of leave for me. Kids in school, wife at work...a little ride up Palomar Mountain might be in order.

 

I got my Rush 2:1 pipe installed just in time for a short break in the rain here in Washington. I would've taken a better shot outside, but within about two minutes of pulling back into the garage it started dumping hail, so... This shot is the best I could get.

Thanks to misfitJason for a great deal on the pipe and for answering all my endless questions about them.

This thing makes the bike feel like a whole new animal. I can't wait for the weather to clear up so I can put more miles on it!
