Yes it is. I figured it would probably fit the ms gauntlet as well and it did. On laminar's website it can be found under sportster

It does. Very deep. I would no say its super loud though. You'll be happy with it. When I got mine it had the 2.5 inch baffle and it was too big. I changed it per rush's recommendation for the motor work I have done to either a 2.25 or a 2 inch. I want to say 2.25. And it gave me way more performance and quieted it up a little. To be honest though I could honestly give a crap what it sounds like as long as it gives me torque. You'll love the finish on the pipe. I don't really know how to explain it but it's kind of a gloss and the headers are ceramic coated. I like the fact that you can change the end caps too

I have the 2 into 2 shorts from rush same style finish. Very loud when you get down on it. Just prefer the torque you seem to get from a 2-1. And I think the long pipe will look good with the long fat Bob fender

That's kinda why I was confirming. Problem is, I don't want to:
Put it on black.
Paint anything else (except battery and electric covers!)
Or have the 3am tape screw up my existing paint.

I'm tempted, but not yet convinced to get the lip.

I wouldn't mess with it if I were you unless you have a buffeting problem, especially since your fairing looks so good on its own. I liked how it looked on mine with my black windscreen, but it created buffeting where I had none before.

Looks good man! I got the the same lip on my 1/4 fairing....

Since I'd be dead before I read all 364 pages of this thread (not that I haven't been entertained by randomly skipping 10-12 pages at a time and seeing what people have to say), does anybody here have a fairing (I'm personally thinking about the MS Gauntlet) on a bike with Z bars?

I used to have R6C bars with my HD fairing. I liked the look, but once I added a fairing, I was capable of cruising at much (much) higher speed without a death grip to hang on. I found that I had too much flex in the bars which contributed to the high speed wobble I'd get after hitting a bump or seam on the freeway. Here's a pic, there are more in my profile.
