i'm curious...what constitutes the "outlaw" bike? the guys from the local 1%'er club around here ride everything from dyna's to roadkings to shovelheads and anything in between. i've seen ape hangers and racer bars on risers. and thats not including the "other" club up north.

It is color matched . It's deep cobalt blue pearl so depending on the way the light hits will determine the color of blue or purple hue it gives off.

It's just an arbitrary label. Don't trip on it.

I don't think the term "outlaw" when describing these bikes refers directly to a certain club. I think It's a more general use of "outlaw". Whether you're talking about moonshiners or bikers or whatever, "outlaws" have always built their **** the same. Stripped down, nothing flashy and the fastest motor you can build or find. They're also called club bikes because a lot of clubs build their dynas this way. I can't understand the thug name though. Thugs around here ride bicycles with their pants around their knees and steal ****. Before these bikes had this name they were built for a purpose, simple, subtle and fast. Unfortunately, now that they have this title most people are concerned with making it look a certain way rather than make the bike work a certain way. Most barely ride them, nevermind ride them like they should be ridden.
