ISSUE

Member Lama is in the process of modding his 2007 FXDC into a club style or thug style bike (known today as outlaw bikes) Asks members to provide inspiration and post pictures of their own bikes. Members show off their bikes.

Still kicking. Need to get the new fairing painted due to a crash this past spring, though.

I got off REALLY lucky—but it was $7800 in damage in total.

Just wondering if your insurance picked up 7.8K on a 2012 Street Bob. If so, what company? That's some good coverage.

Yep, Progressive. Default coverage came with $3000 aftermarket accessories which I maxed out immediately. I have since upped the aftermarket coverage to $10k. Only $500 personal protection (gear) coverage—so that bought me a new helmet. $7800 in total for the bike/parts. $500 for gear. $500 deductible.

oh, also, covered the tow truck to the yard about 1.5 hours away and the Uhaul to get the bike home, 5 hours away.

I have my Progressive aftermarket at 8k. I should just bump it to 10k. That would barely cover my tins, paint, ppf and pipe! Glad they took care of you. Makes me feel okay about having progressive.
