I live in Thailand and I used to have the same problems, even some vendors wouldn't ship overseas or a regular guy selling parts wouldn't either. What I do nowadays is I get a company that'll provide an address stateside and have the parts shipped there, then they'll forward the stuff to me in Thailand. They'll even hold on to several packages and consolidate them into one package. I don't think the forum will allow me to mention a company name, but you could p.m. me and I'll let you know the name of the company I've used for the past couple of years.

This thread keeps me with one eye on early Dyna's that come up for sale just to do up another one. Never. Let. This. Thread. Die.

Does anyone know what pipe this is? My thunderheader snapped at the header and I’m kind of losing my mind. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m a T-header loyalist but that just took the wind out of my sails. Even if I opt to pony up $1,000 for another one, it’s like a 12 week back order and nowhere ships to California.

I’m keeping my eyes open for a new pipe. RB racing looks good but also 6-8 weeks on production times. I don’t think I’m open to Bassani…I put a Road Rage II on my bike for 2 days and swapped right back to Thunderheader a few years ago. I could instantly feel the low end completley dissapear. Bassani seems like just a noise maker.

I’m open to suggestions- honestly seeking performance more over looks. I also hear nothing but good things about D&D but that giant muffler on the FatCat doesn’t please my eye 🫤

Pony up and wait for an RB then. I'm a die hard T-Header loyalist (who's never had one break luckily but I'm over the top ocd about mounting them) but the only pipe I'd break camp for is an RB. Not the most well known, no social media fanboi street cred but when you look at HDRA events, big power old school builds and stuff like that you'll see a lot of RB pipes being ran. RB's fit like a glove, finish is always top notch and their tech support is a little low fidelity and backwoods but accurate and helpful as it gets. Try calling Thunderheader sometime lol.

For sure, it’s just the wait time. Don’t want the bike down for 2 months.

I just found a little truck shop that said they’ll weld it for $50-$100 so I’m going to see how that works out. Cheaper than $1,000 haha.

Man, that joint must be popular AF to be able to close 3 days a week.
