ISSUE

I did the same, but put my Cerakoted heatshields back on also...looking at yours, I should have left mine off.

^^ it can get a little hot on the right leg when sitting if the temp is in the 90's here in Florida, but riding its not a problem at all.

Once winter rolls around I'll be tearing into this to give it some much needed TLC - cerakote on the thunderheader would definitely be on the table to fix the garbage stock finish...

Looks alright for now.

Got about 500 miles in over the weekend with an overnight trip to the Hill Country. We sure are enjoying some cooler weather 🍻

I didn't know harley made a mag specific wheel cleaner. That's good info. Your S is so damn clean, I'm jealous lol

Replaced the whole clutch (may the motorcycle gods bless the wrecked 04 Softail for donating its clutch) and I can't believe how much better this thing performs. Wonder how long it had been walking on the main shaft and ruining the splines in the hub, because this is the best this bike has felt since I bought it.
