May I ask where you purchased it ? I'm also going to purchase one soon. Does it help at all with crosswinds?

I got it through JD Customs. It took 2 months for them to get it out to me. They emailed me a couple weeks after I ordered and said they’re getting a large volume of orders and apologized for the delay but I didn’t mind. The wind hasn’t been too bad in the last week I’ve had it on. I have noticed the wind isn’t nearly as turbulent and much more tolerable. I was running a road warrior fairing and couldn’t leave my helmet visor up past 35 mph on a calm day because of buffeting. Now I can go upwards of 65 mph and get very minor buffeting.

I used one of the bolt holes of the support bracket for the bottom of the fairing. Used a 5/16-24x1-1/4 I believe. Here’s a close up.

Man that looks awesome! I really dig it...I'm seriously considering this for my next big mod.....maybe next year as its gonna take some scratch I currently do not have. I've spent a lot this season getting my Dyna to where it is now, I installed the Gauntlet fairing just ordered the Laminar lip and a few other upgrades i've already done, but the more I see these i'd love to get the JD fairing...like I said maybe next year

I think those are BST Carbon Fiber wheels although they do have a similar appearance to the HD Thunderstars
