Love the White Bike, BAD *** !!! What are the details on it ? Fairing, motor, Bars, Exhaust, etc. Would like to know more about it, looking to build a similar one...
He literally posted a link with the entire build and specs listed...
I am by no means hurting for money and I wouldn’t be caught dead paying that much for that bike. What people don’t realize is that you will NEVER get back the money you invested into a bike. EVER. if you do, you found a SUCKER willing to pay for it. Modified bikes arent worth more than unmolested bike. Period. That kid is absolutely crazy if he thinks that someone is going to pay that for that bike. It’s funny to see him throw out the “Harley doesn’t make dynas anymore” too. It’s only been a year since they stopped production. Not even actually. Dynas haven’t even had time to become rare bikes yet. They are still a dime a dozen. Don’t give me the “but it’s an FXDLS” either. What’s your point? The FXRs were a MUCH better bike overall. They are also, in good condition, more rare than the FXDLS. You don’t see them going for astronomical amounts of money either. My point is, you spent a ton of money on a bike that you will never get back.
jeez man. That dude may actually be able to get near what he wants for that white death star looking mess. Folk on the left coast pay stupid money for bikes, happily. I think 18-20 might be doable over there... im sure he doesn't expect asking price. Really a hard sell with the 18s running around.
If a guy was looking for a bike done up exactly like that white one, I’m sure he would pay a big dollar for it, because it costs a **** ton to build one like that!
I think it’s one of the better looking dynas I’ve ever seen other than the red calipers, still nicely done.

He has over $55k into it lol. Its also stated in there that he doesnt want or need to sell it, but will if a buyer comes along. You'd be surprised how much a modified dyna can bring in the bay area. Out here a good condition FXR in stock form goes for around $8-9k, a modified one is anywhere from $13k-20k depending on build.
Want a real kick, just check out the craigslist ads for the major counties in both NorCal/SoCal. FXDXT's can pull 10-11k bone stock in good shape with OG bags and fairing. There are plenty of people that pluck clean bikes out of the mid-west and further east for cheap, bring them back here, throw a thunderheader, tbars, and a fairing on, sell them and turn a tidy profit...it's crazy how much these bikes go for out here.
