The piggy backs are run that way so the bags won't hit them. I had some Progressive 970s with piggy back reservoirs and you can run them top or bottom, forward or aft.
Who knows what else is next, definitely want to do the lowers, maybe the mags...hell, maybe I'll get a wild hair and strip 'er down and do the frame/swingarm too...lol
Tbars
Thought I'd ask this here since this is where most of the club style stuff goes down. Traded the Fat Bob in on a Road Glide and looking to put TBars on it. I had 12" Binford's WTF bars on the Fat Bob and loved em. Should have went 14" but I digress. Trying to decide between the standard Tbars or FXR Division's split Tbars. Anyone have any experience with both?
Copied from the FXDL thread...
threw some new bars and hand guards on today...was time to go chrome...i also love the traditional t-bar look...
They're Valholl TBars and Destroyer handguards. Quality is great. The Lucky Dave's were nice, very comfortable but just wanted something different...the handguards are the reinforced ones as well...hopefully I won't need to test them on some mirrors...lol. With the riser extensions they sit right at 14".

Yeah I just put the grips on and I felt they didnt really go so I was trying to match it up a little. It's ok. I don't love it or hate it.
