Hello All,

I got my Gurd Dogs Evader I goggles today and went on a ride with my half helmet and I was very impressed with the qulity and comfort I experienced from the goggles. Anyway, best $35 bucks I spent in a while no I am not affiliated with them.

My question is, is there anybody here that has manage to use goggles inside a full face helmet? I have a shoe RF-1000 and if my life depended on putting that helmet on with goggles I would be death. I was just experimenting to see if I could wear them with a full face helmet. Yes, I know the FF helmet has a visor, but I was wondering that sometimes it gets hot during the summer when I ride in the city (Houston, you definitely need a FF helmet) it would be cool to have the protection of the goggles and the ability to flip up the visor.

Yup , this guy rolls with goggles and a ff helmet all the time

 

you'd need a motocross full face to fit goggles(like the dog has).

 

If your in town...throw some sunglasses on for eye protection if you must have the visor up. I only rock a FF...and sunglasses work fine. I don't see how goggles would work...at all.

 

One of my pals does it on his 400 gs. It is just a cheapie motocross FF and looks dorky as heIl but to each their own! BTW he keeps complaining that it's a P.I.T.A. but he wont spend the money to change up for something better. My FF has a flip down tinted visor that doesn't seal you off, + the reg. visor that can stay partially open.

 

Thanks, perhaps I should have mentioned that I wear prescription glasses underneath my evader goggles. Well I just wanted to see if anybody ever managed to do that. I mainly bought the goggles for my half helmet. Thanks.

 

I am not sure how big of Goggles we are talking about but you could probally wear some with a Full Face modular helmet. So you can have the front flipped up to get it on with the goggles.

 

I wear tinted over glasses. Helmet on visor up then prescription glasses then tinted over glasses. Reverse when taking the helmet off. They run about $20. The key is finding the right size to fit over the prescription glasses.
