Talking Upgraded suspension!

I couple of weeks ago I called Howard at Motorcycle Metal and started the process. We decided that the Ohlins with the resivior that had preload and ride height adjustment would best suit my riding style. So I orderd them. After that I ordered Ricor Intimidators. Got those pretty quick and had my indy throw those in last friday (kept stock springs). Got the Ohlins on friday and installed them in an hour. I took it for a quick test ride on city streets and knew within 100' I made an excelent investment! THANK YOU HOWARD!!!! I took my bike for a better test ride in the twisties. I was eaisily 5 mph faster through the turns and I wasn't really pushing it, I was just smoother. I still have one more test ride and that's the commute. Thank you again Howard.

Dang.... I'm seriously jealous. Those look badass. I bet they feel and ride amazing too! I wish I had money to throw around for those shocks!

They list at $874.65 at motorcyclemetal.com, but if you are really interested and serious about purchasing these or any other Ohlins on Howard's site call him for the price. Tell him you're a member on this forum, he will give you the price.

I talked to Howard for over 30 minutes on Friday and am in the process of getting a set of 36e's for myself.

Vic it is definitely worth the call to Howard to find out the price, they really aren't that far off a set of Progressives.

The guy is just trying to be an honest broker, and to keep the tire kickers away. Trust me, he has the best price on Ohlins, and all you need to do is drop him an email or even better, a pm from this site. It is considerably lower than what he shows on the website. He also has excellent customer service.
