Mine came off real easy. Left to right. Pull it by the emblem and the tape started to come with it, so I pulled the tape and it came off in one piece! Bent the **** out of the emblem though. Real thin aluminum.

Yeh, just did it. Was sitting out in the sun so figured was a good time to try. Came off easily enuff, but noticed it left a tiny mark on the tank at the end where the adhesive didn't completely cover the aluminum.

Lookin good,

I hope i like my c&c seat as much as yours. Thats the kinda look i wanted with the 2 up seat. Good choice.

I have blacked out the shift side of mine, and dig the all black battery cover you have going on.
Did you just yank off the matte silver trim? Can you post a closeup of it?

I took off the battery band and used chrome derby cover bolts to fill the four holes.
