Had to upgrade for the wife but it really doesn't look too bad.
More comfortable then stock.

Love my C&C Fast Back comfortable but still holds the lines of a dyna good.

With backrest

Nice, is that a turn signal relocation kit to get those signals there?

I've got the C& C Sport tourer http://www.ccseats.com/5dyna_rollovertemplates.htm

with the driver's backrest. Had a Mustang vintage wide touring on the Sportster and I like this better. I've got a collapsed L 4-5, sever arthritis in 1 hip, torn meniscus in 1 knee, old fractured ankle and they all hurt. The seat makes them bearable and I use the airhawk on long rides. I stop every 60-90 minutes to move around, but was recently able to do a 1200 trip with a couple of friends and family. Good luck

Well, I WAS gonna be all about recomemding www.harleyseats.com , seeing as I ordered one of their hitchhiker seats quite some time ago. But since it still hasn't arrived, I would say trust the guys like dennis kirk and J&P and order up a Mustang seat thats in stock and will make your bike look and feel better than the stocker.

How do you sit on the bike? By that I mean do you have to lean forward? If you do then changing the bars to a set that lets you sit without leaning forward might take some stress off your lower back.

The sundowner is a nice seat. I prefer the looks of the stock seat on my custom and don't have a problem with comfort on that seat but switch to the sundowner when my wife wants to go for a ride. Sits higher and seems to sit me more forward taking a little strain off my back.
