I recently installed a Cycle Visions LED taillight and I have had nothing but problems with it I emailed them but I get no reply. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this product line ?

I was looking for a replacement for my HD tri-bar and was considering one of these ..... looks like I'll have to look elsewhere.

for what they cost they should have some customer support
