Just a word of warning, the 11" 412 HD's will ride quite a bit rougher than the 12" ones. Atleast that was my experience.

But, to answer your question, on your bike I would go with the black exposed spring ones.

Problem is, they discontinued the 11" full cover shock in black in both regular and HD. I love the look of my shocks, but they make the azz end of my bike sit way too high for my taste. I was going to use 1" lowering blocks to lower it, but my side mount license plate swingarm mount blocks the install. I've decided I'm going to sell my 12" and go with an 11" 412 heavy duty but cannot for the life of me decide between the 11" full cover chrome, or the 11" exposed spring black. What's your opinion? Here's how my bike looks now minus the intake cover.
Just get a set of the black 11" disassemble both and just swap the covers from the 12" to the 11". I took my 412s apart by hand, just need to get some one to help with the retainers. Then you can easily sell the black exposed spring set too me, cheap. J/K
Good luck

just move your license plate bracket in front of the shock for now until you decide what you want, my buddy has one inch lowering blocks and the same plat mount as you and it looks just fine in front of the shock and is still plenty visible, just a thought

ok... cheap solution... you can get touring shocks... rock air shocks, they are all black, and have boots for an old school look, if you want it slammed you can get touring lowering air shocks, scuff them and shoot them black, that is what i did, i color matched my powder and shot them here is before and after with my old shocks

What is the length of the stock touring shocks and what years do I need to look for my 07' SB? Are they a bolt on or do you need spacers and such? So, the preload is set with air pressure? No spring right? Sorry for all the Qs, never really looked at the touring shocks as an option.

here is everything you could imagine on air shocks :

Rear air shocks for Dyna:

Recommended air pressures
0-10 lbs for a 150-lb to 200-lb rider.
5-15 lbs for a 200-lb to 250-lb rider.
20-25 lbs for a rider with passenger.
FL air preload rear suspension range is 0-35 lbs of pressure.
FLHRS and FLXH low-profile shocks are 0-50 lbs max.
