Thumbs up Mid pegs on a Wide Glide (pix)

Got the brackets in today for mid controls on a Dyna. Put them on and placed iso pegs on them I had left over from my forward controls (replaced them with mini boards). Here is how they look up....

And down......

And overall lines with the passenger pegs and forwards......

The overall look isn't exactly "clean" but it isn't as obtrusive as I was expeting either. I am quite sure I will have them up 99% of the time anyway, But those long trips will be much more tolerable with the addition of the ability to change foot position. Now just waiting on the reach seat to get here and all of the comfort and necessity mods will be complete (ok maybe some iso grips as well )

Man, I wish I had those while doing my trip to the Dragon last week. I've been looking for a set of mid mounts...I know the right side probably won't fit with my thunderheader but I'm resigned to making it work.

Even if I just put them on for a trip, just so I have another position to work with. I got a little crampy after the ride. Was 7-8hrs worth of riding, and 350+miles.

I kept the mids on my 09 SG when I had the forwards installed. Most people,
even Harley owners, don't notice them.

Was out with them today....felt good with my knees tight against the tank and up high when making agressive turns. Haven't been on anything long yet but I am sure it is going to be helpful.
