[QUOTE=RollaMo;5546445]Kind of unusual for the rear tire to last longer than the front isn't it?
The rear on my Fat Bob needed to be replaced at 10K, but the front is still good.
I agree (with what I assume you meant), I'm over 11K and my rear should have already been changed (probably around 10,500 to 11K), but my front seems to have plenty left. Seems backwards to have front wear-out first.

I got 7300 miles out of my back tire, ride about 35% two up, both 200+, put a Metzler M880 on the back to replace the Dunlop, wow what a difference. Front is still good, when it gets flaky they likely will get a Metzler, tire price wasn't too bad, but since have spoked wheels, the Indy wanted to replace the tube as well since was apart. Makes sence but does raise the cost a bit.

I was looking at changing mine for a different brand but the dealer gave me a new dunlop o.e.m.,mounted-balanced. and an 09 Ultra Classic (for 24 hours) for $279 so I fell for it.......
