I need your advice-2008 FXDL

I had the Screaming eagle Stade 1 air filter installed. On the filter it says dry filter do not add oil. So I ordered and receiced the K&N repalcement filter. However, there are two bolts attached to the hd FILTER WHICH i CAN'T GET OFF. wtf. Does anyone know how to remove these? They seem to be permentally mounted to the Screaming Eagle filter.

Help!
