Those are the kits 49080-03A and 49080-06A and 49021-09

All the brake rods have the same part number, 41955-03A.

I give up. Quit HD parts and hello Kuryakyn.
I've had same issue and it looks like there are 2 styles of harley forward controls for the dyna

My 03 dyna wide glide looked like this

The mount for brake on my 01 looks like this
